The short version. There are no accounts, no newsletter, no comment section and no forms on this site. We set no cookies. We cannot identify you. The only data that reaches anyone else is the ordinary web request your browser makes, plus a tracking parameter if you choose to click through to a shop.
Who is responsible
PisoPicks is an independent site operated from Metro Manila, Philippines. For any privacy question or request, email hello@pisopicks.com.
What we collect directly
Nothing. We do not ask for your name, email address or payment details. There is nowhere on this site to type them. If you email us, we hold that email until the matter is dealt with.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes the technical details of your request — IP address, browser type, the page you asked for — to serve the page and to protect against abuse. We do not have access to those logs in a form that identifies individual visitors.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and see which articles are worth writing more of. It is cookieless: it sets nothing on your device, does not track you across other websites, and reports only aggregate figures — country, device type, referring page. It cannot identify you, and neither can we.
Affiliate links
Some links to Shopee, Lazada and other shops carry a tracking parameter so the shop can attribute a purchase to us and pay a commission. Once you follow such a link you are on their website, and their privacy policy applies from that point, not ours.
We never see your order, your payment details, your address or your name. We see only an aggregate count of purchases in the affiliate dashboard. Read our affiliate disclosure for how the money side works.
Cookies
We set none. Shopee, Lazada and any other shop may set their own once you click through to them.
Fonts and other assets
Every font, image and stylesheet is served from this site. We do not use Google Fonts or any third-party CDN, so loading a page here does not announce your visit to anyone else.
Our calculators
The electricity cost calculator runs entirely in your browser. The wattage, hours and rate you enter are never sent anywhere, never stored, and disappear when you close the tab.
Children
This site is intended for adults making household purchases. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) you have the right to know what personal information an organisation holds about you, to correct it, and to ask for it to be deleted. Because this site collects nothing that identifies you, in practice there is usually nothing to hand over — but if you have emailed us and want that deleted, say so and we will.

Changes
If we add anything that changes this — a newsletter, comments, display advertising — this page will be updated before that feature goes live, and the date at the top will change.
