10.10 falls on Saturday, 10 October. Every “sale” price that day will be printed next to a crossed-out “was” price that the seller chose. The only way to know a real discount is to know what the item cost before the sale — so here is what we recorded in September, and the price each pick has to beat.

Heads up: some links in this post earn us a small commission at no extra cost to you. It never changes which products we pick or the prices we report. Here’s how we choose.

How to read a 10.10 discount

Marketplace “was” prices are set by the seller, not checked by anyone. When we priced one 3-litre air fryer, the Tough Mama NTMAF3, across sellers on the same afternoon, it came back at ₱2,250, ₱2,599, ₱2,859, ₱3,822 and ₱6,717 — and the most expensive listing was advertising a discount. We wrote that up in why the same appliance costs ₱2,250 at one seller and ₱6,717 at another.

So ignore the percentage badge. Compare the 10.10 price with a price you saw yourself, with a date. That is what the tables below are for.

Price targets for our reviewed picks

These are the lowest prices we recorded on 8–9 September 2026, and where. If the 10.10 price on Shopee is below the number in the last column, it is a genuine drop from what we saw. We re-checked the Western Appliances prices on 2 October 2026 and none had changed; the Lazada and Shopee prices below are still the September ones.

Air fryers

PickLowest we recordedBeat this on 10.10
Tough Mama NTMAF4 4.0L₱2,940 at Western Appliances, 8 Sep (₱3,229 on Shopee)₱2,940
Asahi AF300 3.0L₱2,760 at Western Appliances, 8 Sep (₱2,990 on Shopee)₱2,760
Gaabor 8L (1,600 W)₱2,599 on Lazada, 8 Sep — ₱2,299 was scheduled₱2,299
OOKAS 7L Glass₱1,649 on Lazada, 8 Sep₱1,649
Gaabor 4L (Updated)₱1,199 on Lazada, 8 Sep (promo price)₱1,199

Rice cookers

PickLowest we recordedBeat this on 10.10
Panasonic SR-G06 0.6L₱2,348 on Lazada, 9 Sep (₱2,400 in store)₱2,348
Tough Mama NTMRC1JR 1.0L Jar₱1,190 at Western Appliances, 9 Sep (₱1,429 on Lazada)₱1,190

Three of our picks — the two Simplus air fryers and the Tough Mama NTMRC62S rice cooker — are left out because we could only verify the exact model at Western Appliances, not on Shopee. The full reasoning is in the air fryer and rice cooker roundups.

Also on our watchlist

These are listed in the PisoPicks shop but not reviewed yet, and we have not recorded a price for them. Open the link this week and note the price and the date. That becomes your “beat this” number on the day.

Five checks before you check out

  1. Buy from the brand’s own store. A reseller can sell the same box at double the price, and warranty claims are simpler through the official store.
  2. Add shipping before you compare. On a ₱1,500 appliance, shipping can be a tenth of the price. Compare the total, not the item price.
  3. Read the voucher’s minimum spend. A voucher that needs ₱3,000 in the cart is not a discount on a ₱1,200 kettle.
  4. Check the model code matches. Some listings sell different units under one title — the Gaabor 4L listing covers both an 800 W and a 1,300 W model.
  5. Mind your wiring. A 2,000 W kettle and an induction cooker on one extension cord will trip it. Our 220 V and brownout checklist covers what to plug where.

What we would not do on 10.10

Buy a bigger unit because it is discounted. A 7-litre air fryer for one person cooks half-empty baskets. Litres on a listing also do not mean what you think — see what “4 litres” actually means.

Trust a warranty in the listing title. “8 Years Warranty” on a ₱1,168 unit is a bullet point, not a contract. Ask the seller who honours it, and screenshot the answer.

Wait for a lower price after yours hits the target. If a pick drops below the number above, that is a good day to buy. Stock on popular units can run out before the day is over.

Frequently asked questions

Shopping for shoes or makeup too? We wrote a separate 10.10 checklist for shoes and makeup. It has no price list, because we have not recorded those prices.

When does the 10.10 sale start in the Philippines?

The campaign is on Saturday, 10 October 2026. Shopee and Lazada announce the exact start times, flash-deal windows and vouchers in their apps closer to the date, so check the campaign page the week before.

How do I know if a 10.10 discount is real?

Ignore the crossed-out price, which the seller sets. Compare the sale price with a price you recorded yourself before the sale, with the date. Our tables list the lowest prices we recorded on 8–9 September 2026 for each reviewed pick.

Is it better to buy appliances on 10.10 or 11.11?

Both are monthly double-date campaigns. If a product you need drops below a price you recorded, 10.10 is a good time to buy. Waiting a month for a possibly lower price is a gamble, not a plan.

Should I buy from the official store or a cheaper reseller?

Prefer the brand’s official store for appliances. Warranty claims are simpler, and resellers of local brands often charge more than the official store rather than less.
